340B Drug Program Assessment
In-House Pharmacy Partners will perform a 340B program assessment, that mirrors HRSA guidelines, for the covered entity to ensure their 340B drug program is compliant and maintains accurate records to meet 340B Program requirements. Our team will review the covered entities’ policies and procedures, clinical usage of 340B drugs, TPA contracts, and other best practices. After the completion of the assessment, a report showing all findings and recommendations will be submitted and reviewed with the covered entity.
340B Monthly Compliance & Optimization
Covered entities are subject to audit by the manufacturer or the federal government. Failure to comply can cause the covered entity to be removed from the 340B Program. In-House Pharmacy Partners completes monthly audits for our partners to ensure their program stay compliant. The monthly audits are based on HRSA guidelines and best practices to ensure compliance and reports any findings back to the covered entity. Our team will also evaluate the opportunities for optimizing the program including but not limited to additional contract pharmacy opportunities, data reporting and referral capture.
Referral Capture
The process of recognizing and capturing referral claims can be tedious. Our team of referral specialists will do the heavy lifting required to close the referral loop. Our team audits, documents and stays compliant with your Policy and Procedure and HRSA requirement while delivering great service and support.
Remote Pharmacy Implementation
In-House Pharmacy Partners completes the entire process it takes to open and operate a pharmacy. The pharmacy is owned by the covered entity but is housed inside of In-House Pharmacy Partners, where all medication is filled, packaged and shipped to the health centers the next day for patients to pick up.
Specialty Pharmacy Implementation
In-House Pharmacy Partners will assist the covered entity with opening and operating a specialty pharmacy. Our team will walk the covered entity through the process to gain URAC or ACHC specialty pharmacy accreditation.
Pharmacy Implementation
In-House Pharmacy Partners will assist with the process it takes to open and operate a pharmacy. Our team will help, support, guide and assist the organization in the right direction to ensure their pharmacy is compliant with all HRSA guidelines.
Prior Authorizations
In-House Pharmacy Partners offers prior authorization services by helping remove the burden from the patient care team while maximizing 340B capture at the in-house and contracted pharmacies. We average a turnaround time of 48 hours to complete prior authorizations. Allow our team to complete the prior authorizations so your care team can focus more on their patients.
