David Christian, RPh, 340B ACE
David is the President of In-House Pharmacy Partners where he provides excellent service to. We offer a wide range of services that to best help our clients. Through economies of scale, In-House Pharmacy Partners decreases the overhead expenses of opening a pharmacy and maximizes profitability for the covered entity.
David Christian is also the Pharmacy Director for Central Virginia Health Services, Inc., Virginia’s first and largest federally qualified health center. He is responsible for the administration of two in-house pharmacies, 140+ contract pharmacies, integrated pharmacy services, case-study management, the pharmacy and therapeutics committee, pharmacy preceptor programs, 340B compliance and referral capture. CVHS Pharmacies are URAC and ACHC accreditation for Specialty and Mail Order. He has initiated a FQHC pharmacy directors gathering that meets annually and communicates more frequently as needed. He is an advocate on the state and federal levels for FQHCs, 340B, and Medicaid reimbursements.
David also serves as a faculty member for Apexus 340B University and as Chair of the Apexus FQHC Advisory Council. His professional interests are quality improvement and positive patient outcomes, and obtaining provider status for pharmacist from CMS.
Isaac Lowrance
Isaac is the Vice President of Marketing at In-House Pharmacy Partners. He helps improve In-House Pharmacy Partners by finding ways to grow and provide long-term values with clients. He identifies sales and services that would appeal to new clients while managing company and current client expectations. Isaac has experience in sales, communication, negotiation, marketing, data analysis and project management.
Isaac also works as a EHR Technician for Central Virginia Health Services. He accesses, inputs, and retrieves information for CVHS. He identifies and solves problems using the data to help best serve patients. He works alongside healthcare providers to ensure the accuracy of medical records, updates medical records and ensures that patient data and medical records are protected and remain confidential.
